Tanny Malik

Tanny
Malik has a background in Business and Finance and was university educated
in Pakistan before immigrating to America. He has worked both in residential and
commercial lending as a broker.
In 2004, sensing that the market in Sub-prime residential lending had abandoned
sensible underwriting, he moved exclusively into commercial lending. As the
point man of our commercial lending group, he has developed a network of banks
and private lenders to support the needs of his clients. Small Business Loans
are the primary focus of our commercial portfolio, but bridge financing and hard
money loans are also in our product mix. Mr. Malik has guided the company in an
ethical direction, setting a policy that no client shall be charged a fee until
the company has produced a satisfactory loan commitment. Tanny is actively
involved in the Pakistani, Indian and Persian business and social communities in
Metro-Atlanta and participates in a number of civic and political groups as
well.

Office Assistant
Denise Short
is our office assistant, she comes to us with years of experience in customer
service and office administration. She is the first friendly voice you will hear
on the phone when you call our office. She will answer your questions or
direct you to someone who can. Denise helps keep our office organized and
running smoothly so that we can quickly and efficiently handle all of you needs.
